About Us
Ocean Walk Building Two is in a community of 20 buildings on the river side of Atlantic Avenue in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. There is a Master Association which governs all of Ocean Walk; each building has its own Condominium Owners Association and Board Contacts are posted on this website. Building Two shares many amenities on the property, including a beach access walkway.
This building is resided in by owners who live here full-time, part-time and owners who rent their units. All owners are encouraged to attend Board meetings, which are currently conducted via Zoom. While our Board oversees maintenance and improvements, the property is managed by Blocker Realty Investment, LLC.
The website contains documents related to our building and is a work-in-progress. Meeting Notices, Minutes and all other building documents are updated as they become available. Realtors representing buyers or sellers can also access these documents.
